      I my self Amit parekh(my contact no 9898888426) bought Honda CB shine on 30th March 2017 that have vehicle no is Gj6KQ6344.i am happy to bought this bike bt I don't know this worst experience will done with me from your service center.
      I would like to tell you that I suffered from some technical problem in bike since last 10days that is near purchase of bike.it has some loose lever of clutch n not running smoothly as by engine.
      Today on 22 April my 1st free service and i give for service. As I had discussed all issues about my engine and clutch to your service man.he gave me confirmation to solve this and I repeat to take care of this.they smiled and told me don't worry its done yar.it is the tone of it. After message of service center I went to take bike and take it and return to home by trust.
      After inspection at home just seen not any service done And atleast not washing my bike.for proof u have attached photos of dusty bike.another thing I noticed that not solved my clutch and engine problem.very worst and poor service I got.
      Just imagine this is my first service and your response is this.now how I suggest any man to take vehicle from Honda??
      Just resolved my problem and give me satisfaction otherwise I will go to consumer court for justice.kindly cooperate me.

    My brother buy Honda cb shine, past 10 months before from chennai ekkatuthangal branch. Just 3 service bfr He got on engine noise and barring noice, he was gave a complaint on previous service time.
    But your service center didn't added that fault in job sheet.
    Now my engine and bore was damage and service center people's asked for rs 15000 on service.
    I really disappointed on your honda product quality.
    Still now my vehicle at service center past 1 month.
    Just 10 months old got on engine and bore it's damage.
    Kindly give a needful help on my brother bike he was very disappointed.

  6. My Honda shine also same problem. Only 8760km running but showroom service manager told engine bore ,bearing and crankshaft get fault so we need replace .cost 1200rs. I want feedback Honda bike good now service west.

    I have done my due service(pioneer Moto Word Pvt. Ltd. Noida Sector 63) of my Livo bike and i asked to service engineer to check the shocker of my bike but that engineer only check the filter and change the oil only.
    I ask to you what two part check only in second service but you give many point to check second service. I have give the written complaint related with shocker but he replied me all Live bike shocker are same but my bike shocker is very soft and not working properly.
    Requesting to you please change my bike shocker or change my bike.
    It is very critical problem.
    Please do the needful within two or three days only.
    Please find relative document and take action.

    i am frequently user of honda bikes . the first i was purchased a scooty from pickup honda faridabad haryana . now i will never purchased any bikes & scooty of honda .
    i got very horrible experience from the pickup honda.
    after long follow up with showroom for RC i am not received my RC. every time i am getting only one reply "we will call you when we receive". which is very casual behaviour. after 55 day i am not send my scooty for first service.
    now i'm never send my scooty for service. we will send my scooty to local road side shop for service .

    but i will never use your free services. & next time i will not purchased honda product . i will share my experience to my friends colleague & relative And they will refuse to buy any Honda product.

  12. I am astonished to see the services provided by Globus Honda P.Ltd. Rani Bagh, Delhi since I purchase a Bike HONDA CB HORNET on 07.02.2016. I had heard a brand name HONDA but didn't know that the services are so down graded and poor.

    First of all, I booked a bike two months before the launch of CB HORNET and the delivery was so late.

    When I made payment, I was asked to make one more payment in the name of so called T.Coating Rs.650/- and nothing was done on my bike even after making the payment for the same.

    When I went there for first service, washing was not proper even after asking by me. the behaviour of the whole staff was very poor and reluctant.

    No phone call or sms was received for collecting my Regn.Certificate. At last after 3 months on 07.05.2016, when I went there to ask for RC, it was there and I got it which shows the poor customer care service again.

    In my band new bike, horn is not working, but none was ready to see for it, when I talked with the manger Ms. Aarti on her mobile ablut this problem, she told that I am on leave I cann't solve your problem today.

    I don't think you will carry out business in India for long time with such type of showrooms and irresponsible staff.

    please take care at the earliest possible.
